SWIFT City stands for Startups Workspaces Innovation Finance and Technology City.
Karnataka Govt is developing SWIFT City to boost startup ecosystem in Bengaluru.
SWIFT City will be developed near Sarjapur, Bengaluru.
SWIFT City will be spread over 1000 acres
8 to 10 ‘Plug and Play’ facilities will be developed. Each facility will be spread over 20 to 25 acres.
SWIFT City will have robust infrastructure with modern office spaces, co-working facilities, residential blocks, schools, hospitals, parks, spacious 150 meter roads and other features.
SWIFT City will have connectivity with National Highways NH-44 and NH-48. It will enable comfortable travel to Mysore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Hubli and other areas.
Land parcels of 5000 to 20,000 Sq ft will be allotted to Startups either through sale or lease model.
