Teangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) announced the new dates for the Group II examinations. According to the notification released by TGPSC, Group II examinations will be held on December 15 and 16.
Earlier Group II examinations were scheduled on August 7 and 8. But as there was no gap between DSC examinations and Group II, students had urged Revanth Reddy Government to postpone examinations. Even protests were done by large number of job aspirants.
Acknowledging the students’ genuine request, Government had postponed Group II examinations in July. Now TGPSC has announced the fresh dates.
With about four more months time available for preparation, job aspirants preparing for the Group 2 examination have been relieved. During DSC examinations held for filling up teacher job posts, many aspirants complained about lack of sufficient time for preparation. Now Group II aspirants will not have to face such a situation, as they have got sufficient time for the preparation.
Total 783 posts will be filled up through Group II examination. 5.51 lakh job aspirants have applied for the Group II examinations in Telangana.
