Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy launched, TSafe, ride monitoring app for women, to ensure the safety of women travelling using ride sharing apps and taxis. TSafe is first-of-its-kind ride monitoring app in India, aimed at women’s safety.
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy officially launched the TSafe app designed and monitored by Telangana Police. R&B Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, I&PR Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Telangana DGP Ravi Gupta, Women Safety Wing Additional DG Shika Goel and others were present on the occasion.
TSafe ride monitoring app has several features which will ensure security of women travellers. It can be downloaded on any mobile phone and has the important feature of identifying any deviation from the trip and informs the police. Women using TSafe app can share their ride information to family members and friends in real time and can call police in just one click in case of any danger or emergency.
